Yes. In the form, choose the "Company (SRL/PFA)" section and fill in the tax ID, the company name and the director's name. The rest of the procedure is identical. The bundle variant, which adds the certificate of behavioural integrity, stays available to individuals only, because that certificate is issued to persons alone.

Yes, it is valid for 6 months. Ask the receiving institution whether they also require an apostille or a certified translation; both are done after issuance.
