1. Who we are

The website acte-rapide.ro is operated by ACTOPIA S.R.L., registered office at Str. Studioului 7, Bl. A2, Et. 2, Ap. 11, Buftea, Ilfov county, Romania, registered with the Romanian Trade Register under no. J2026047035003, tax ID (CUI) 55322127. You can contact us at contact@acte-rapide.ro or by phone at +40 755 833 814.

2. The service we provide

We are a private intermediation service. At your request, we obtain on your behalf documents issued by Romanian public institutions (ONRC, ANCPI, RAR, ANAF and others) and deliver them to you by email. We are not affiliated with any public institution and we do not issue the documents ourselves: they are issued by the competent institutions, with their electronic signature.

The documents can also be obtained directly from the issuing institutions, in some cases free of charge. The price paid on this site covers our intermediation service, and the official fees charged by the institutions are included in it.

3. How the contract is concluded

The order is placed by filling in the form on the site and is considered accepted when the payment is confirmed. You receive the order confirmation by email, together with its identification number. The contract is concluded in Romanian and is governed by Romanian law.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Romanian lei (RON) and are final. The company is not VAT-registered. Payment is made online, by card, through an authorised payment processor; we do not store your card details. The invoice is issued automatically and sent by email.

5. Delivery

Documents are delivered by email, to the address indicated in the order. The delivery times shown on the document pages are indicative and depend on the operating hours and functioning of the issuing institutions' systems. Orders placed outside those hours are processed when the systems resume. For documents where you sign the contract on the site (criminal record certificate, certificate of behavioural integrity), the term runs from the moment you sign. For those where the institution requires a separate power of attorney, it runs from the moment we receive it signed.

6. Your obligations

Please enter correct and complete data: a mistake in the tax ID, land book number or chassis number leads to the wrong document being issued. By placing the order you declare that you have the legal right to request the documents and that you will use them in accordance with the law. For documents concerning other persons or companies, the responsibility for their use is yours.

7. Power of attorney

For certain documents, by placing the order you mandate us to file the request on your behalf with the issuing institution. For documents the law issues only at the holder's own request (criminal record certificate, certificate of behavioural integrity), our service is one of assistance and processing: we prepare the request, send you the steps to follow and track the issuing, while you validate the request yourself, authenticated in person. Where the law allows representation, the request is filed on the basis of a power of attorney you sign; you receive the form and the steps by email.

8. Money-back guarantee

If we cannot deliver the ordered document, we refund the full amount paid, within 14 days at the latest, to the card used for payment.

9. Limitation of liability

The content of the documents belongs to the issuing institutions; we are not liable for errors existing in public records, nor for delays caused by the institutions. Our total liability towards you is limited to the price paid for the order in question.

10. Right of withdrawal

The cancellation and refund conditions are described in the Refund policy.

11. Dispute resolution

We first try to solve any problem directly: write to contact@acte-rapide.ro. You also have the right to address the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro), to use the alternative dispute resolution mechanism (SAL) or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ODR). Disputes not settled amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on the site on the date you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
