Who processes the data

The data controller is ACTOPIA S.R.L., tax ID (CUI) 55322127, Trade Register no. J2026047035003, registered office at Str. Studioului 7, Bl. A2, Et. 2, Ap. 11, Buftea, Ilfov county, Romania, the operator of acte-rapide.ro. For any question about your data, write to contact@acte-rapide.ro.

What data we process

We process the data you give us when placing the order: name, email address, phone number and the data needed to obtain the requested document (tax ID, land book number, chassis number or, for criminal records and other personal documents, the CNP and a copy of the identity document). The servers also keep basic technical logs (IP address, time of access).

Why and on what legal basis

We use the data to perform the contract: obtaining and delivering the ordered document (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to issue invoices and keep accounting records (legal obligation, letter (c)) and to defend our rights in case of a dispute (legitimate interest, letter (f)). We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell it to anyone.

Who we share it with

The data goes only where necessary to fulfil the order: to the institution issuing the document, to the payment processor (which processes the card data itself), to the representative filing the request where a document is obtained through representation, and to our hosting and email providers. Some infrastructure providers may have servers outside the European Economic Area; in those cases the transfer is based on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

How long we keep it

The CNP, copies of identity documents and powers of attorney are deleted within 30 days of delivering the document. Order data (name, email, ordered document) is kept for 3 years from delivery, the general limitation period. Invoices and their data are kept for 10 years, as required by accounting legislation.

Your rights

You have the right of access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. To exercise them, write to contact@acte-rapide.ro; we answer within 30 days at the latest. If you consider that the processing breaches the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

Cookies and traffic measurement

The site uses only what is strictly necessary for it to work and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. To understand how visited the site is we use aggregated, anonymous measurements (Cloudflare Web Analytics), which use no cookies, build no profiles and identify no individual visitors; that is why no consent is required. If we ever introduce tools involving analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent first.

Security

The connection to the site is encrypted, access to data is limited to the staff processing the orders, and sensitive data is deleted within the terms above.

Our services are addressed to persons who are at least 18 years old.
