Almost every serious real estate transaction needs both ANCPI documents: the land registry extract, showing the owner and any encumbrances, and the cadastral plan extract, showing the position and outline of the property on the map. The bundle brings them together, for the same property, in a single order and at a discount.
The extended option also adds the historical land registry extract, every registration from the first one onwards: who owned the property over time and what encumbrances existed. Choose it for inheritances, litigation or a purchase with an unclear past.

Yes, the bundle covers one property, identified once. For several properties, place one order for each.
How long does delivery take?
The land registry extract and cadastral plan usually arrive in 15-30 minutes during ANCPI service hours. The historical extract, if chosen, follows within 1-2 working days on the same email. (Online ordering is temporarily paused; the timeline applies once the service relaunches.)
