Normally about 10 minutes after the payment is confirmed, 24/7, nights and weekends included. In rare cases of ONRC maintenance it can take up to a few hours.
Is it valid for tenders and banks?
Yes. The document is issued by ONRC with a qualified electronic signature and has the same legal value as one collected at the counter.
What information do I need to provide?
The company's tax ID (CUI) and your contact details. For Romanian sole traders (PFA) the CNP works too. No ONRC account is needed.
How long is the certificate valid?
It reflects the company's situation at the moment it is issued. Most institutions accept it if issued within the last 30 days.
